What payment methods does Pupsik accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo and a 16-digit number, it works the same as a credit card at checkout. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I buy a Pupsik gift card for someone?
Yes! Our gift cards are a great option for parents who want the freedom to choose what they need. You can purchase a gift card of any amount (minimum S$50) and send the gift code directly to your recipient's email. Purchase a gift card here.
Note: Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
How do I redeem a gift card or voucher code?
Proceed to checkout and enter your gift card code in the gift card or discount code field. On mobile, tap "Add Discount" to reveal this field. If your gift card balance is insufficient to cover the full order, you can top up the remaining amount with another payment method.
Gift card balances can be used partially across multiple orders — any unused balance stays on the code and can be redeemed the same way on your next order.
How do I apply a discount code?
At the cart page (before checkout), enter your discount code in the discount code field and click Apply. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
How do I apply my reward points?
After clicking "Check Out," select the reward points you wish to use from the "Select discount" dropdown on the checkout page, then click "Use." On mobile, tap "Add Discount" first to reveal this option. The redeemed amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
Can I combine gift cards, discount codes, and reward points?
Yes — all three can be used together on a single order. The only restriction is that only one discount code can be applied per order.

What is the difference between store credits and reward points?
Store credits are issued by Pupsik in specific situations such as order cancellations or returns, and are applied as a payment method at checkout. Reward points are earned through purchases and other loyalty activities, and are redeemed via the "Select discount" dropdown at checkout. Both can be used together on the same order alongside gift cards and discount codes.
How do I use store credits?
Log in to your account, add your items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Select "Apply Store Credit" as your payment method at checkout.
Note: If your order total is equal to or less than your store credit balance, you can only apply either store credits or reward points — not both — to that order.
Where can I check my store credit balance?
Your store credit balance is displayed at checkout when you select "Apply Store Credit" as a payment method. You can also view it by clicking your profile icon and navigating to the Profile tab.
Do store credits expire?
No, store credits have no expiry date and can be used on any future order.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid online at checkout.
