What membership tiers does Pupsik offer?
Pupsik has three membership tiers based on cumulative spending:

What are the benefits of VIP (Silver) and VVIP (Gold) membership?
From VIP onwards, you enjoy 10% off all regular-priced items and earn more reward points per dollar spent.

Note that some brands with special price controls are excluded from the 10% VIP discount.
How do I qualify for VIP (Silver) membership?
Spend S$200 or more within any rolling 3-month period. Your spending does not need to be from a single order — it accumulates across multiple orders within that window.
How do I qualify for VVIP (Gold) membership?
Spend a cumulative total of S$1,000 across all your orders. There is no time limit for reaching VVIP status.
How will I know when I've been upgraded?
You will receive an automated email confirming your VIP or VVIP upgrade when you qualify. You can also check your membership status from the Loyalty Rewards Programme page.
How long does VIP (Silver) or VVIP (Gold) membership last?
Pupsik membership is a lifetime membership with no expiration date.
What are regular-priced items?
Regular-priced items are items that are not currently on discount. You can identify them by the VIP PRICE label shown on the product catalogue. If this label is not shown, the item is either already discounted or belongs to a brand excluded from the VIP programme, and no further VIP discount applies.
Do I need a discount code to get my VIP price?
No. Simply log in to your account and the VIP price will be automatically applied to all eligible products. A VIP PRICE label will appear under eligible products in the catalogue, and VIP prices are reflected in red.
Which brands are excluded from the VIP discount?
Some brands with special price controls are excluded from the 10% VIP discount. You can identify eligible products by the VIP PRICE label on the product catalogue.
Will my reward points ever expire?
Yes, all earned points expire 90 days from the date they were issued.
How can I earn points?

How do I apply my reward points?
After clicking "Check Out," select the reward points you wish to use from the "Select discount" dropdown on the checkout page, then click "Use." On mobile, tap "Add Discount" first to reveal this option. The redeemed amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
