This Orders FAQ answers common questions about placing orders on Pupsik.sg, including order confirmation, modifications, cancellations, tracking, and order-related support. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all customers in Singapore.

Can I call Pupsik for order support?

We currently handle all customer inquiries via email. When you submit a request, a support ticket is created and you'll receive an automated confirmation. 

Where can I view my order details?

Log in to your Pupsik account and click the Profile Icon — all your past and current orders will be listed there. Click on any order to view its details and tracking status.

Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?

Orders are sent to our warehouse for processing immediately after payment, so amendments are generally not possible once an order is placed. If you'd like to return an order after receiving it, please refer to our Return Policy.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! Add a personalised gift message card to your order here. The message is written or printed inside a card (10.5 x 7 cm) and included with your delivery.

Is it safe to order on pupsik.sg?

Yes. All account and checkout pages on pupsik.sg use secure, encrypted connections — your personal details are scrambled during transmission and cannot be read by third parties. We do not store credit card information on our website. If you choose to save your payment details, they are stored in encrypted form within our payment processor's secure vault.
