This Shipping & Delivery FAQ answers common questions about delivery timelines, courier partners, shipping fees, and order tracking for customers shopping at Pupsik.sg. We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery across Singapore so you can receive your baby essentials quickly and safely.
What are the shipping charges for orders in Singapore?
Delivery is free for all orders S$60 and above. For orders below S$60, a flat fee of S$1.99 applies. We deliver island-wide using door-to-door courier service.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver the next working day for orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 9am–10pm. Orders placed over the weekend are typically delivered on Tuesday. You'll receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse, and an SMS from our courier on the morning of delivery.
Note: Delivery may take longer during sale periods (e.g. GSS, Christmas), near public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We don't offer same-day courier delivery. However, free same-day self-collection is available at our Bukit Batok warehouse, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Place your order before 1:00 PM and collect between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Select "Pick Up" at checkout, and wait for the confirmation email before heading down — your order won't be ready until you receive it.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
No, Pupsik is fully online and does not have a physical store or showroom. Self-collection from our Bukit Batok warehouse is available, but it is strictly a collection point — no exchanges or walk-in browsing.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your Pupsik account and click on the Profile Icon to view your list of orders. Click on the tracking ID to be redirected to the NinjaVan website, where you can view your delivery status in real-time.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
You'll receive an automated email or SMS to reschedule at your convenience. If delivery fails a third time, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
Do you ship outside of Singapore?
We currently only deliver within Singapore. If you're visiting Singapore and staying at a hotel, we can arrange delivery directly to your hotel — please contact us to arrange this. Note that we do not participate in the tourist tax refund scheme, so GST cannot be reclaimed on departure.
