SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to help exfoliate dead skin cells and is suitable for sensitive skin. With a high concentration of Madagascar's pure centella asiatica extract 100% provides strong calming care to tend sensitive skin and strengthen skin barriers. Having higher molecular weight than AHA&BHA, the Toning Toner slowly penetrates the skin with its exfoliating ingredients and gently removes sebum and dead skin cells.
