Neostrata Clarify Oily Skin Solution  is a toner solution that contains Glycolic Acid, an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), to gently exfoliate, help clear clogged pores and remove excess surface oil, sebum and other lipids present on blemish-prone skin.
