Youha The One Express PLUS Collection Cups SetΒ is a set of two lightweight milk collection cup to place inside your bra, to be connected to your favourite pumps - such as Medela/Spectra/Philips Avent/Cimilire and Youha the INS Gen 1 (please refer to compatibility chart below). It allows users to pump directly into the collection cup without any dangling bottles or tubes. Youha Express PLUS (new differences): The upgraded PLUS version uses the same cup as Youha the Ins Gen 1 Pump which means you can use this collection cup with Youha the INs Gen 1 pump directly! How to Use?
1. Place the collection cups in your bra
2. Connect to your pump
3. Ensure posture is acceptable when expressing
4. After expressing, disconnect and store your milk

How to assemble?
Cleaning:
1. Before first use
- Disassemble all parts
- Wash in warm soapy water
- Rinse well
- Submerge parts in pot of water and boil for 3-5 minutes
- Use large pot to avoid parts touching sides or bottom of pot
- Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack
or clean cloth
2. After each use
- Put aside parts that donβt come in contact with breastmilk
- When used correctly, tubing does not come in contact with breastmilk and does not need to be cleaned routinely
- Disassemble all other parts ( collection cup, silicone breast shield, valve and valve base)
- Rinse with cold water soon after use
- Wash in warm soapy water
- Valves can be cleaned by gentle rubbing between finger
- Rinse well
- Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack or clean cloth
3. How to sanitise
- Follow cleaning instructions 2.a through 2.e
- Submerge parts in pot of water and boil for 3-5 minutes
- Use large pot to avoid parts touching sides or bottom of pot
- Shake off excess water and air dry on a dedicated rack or clean cloth
