Children 9+ years: Give 2 chewable tablets per day.

Sodium ascorbate 179.97 mg equiv. to ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 160mg
Zinc (as Zinc amino acid chelate) 3mg
Colecalciferol 2.5 micrograms equiv to Vitamin D3 100IU
