How to apply:

  1. Cleanse and dry the spine, abdomen and soles of the feet
  2. Roll the balm over the area, gently massaging in an upward direction
  3. Apply every 4 hours for continuous comfort

Ingredients:

Shea butter, Jojoba oil, Carnauba wax, Ethylhexyl palmitate, Vitamin E, Chamomile extract, Lemon oil, Mint oil, Clove oil, Lanolin, Menthol
