Size Guide
Suitable for:
-
Areola Diameter: 45mm (approx. 1.8 inches) or smaller.
-
If your areola is ≤ 45mm: The cup will cover it completely, ensuring the rim sits on your breast skin.
-
If your areola is > 45mm: The cup will still work to protect the nipple, but the rim will sit on your areola. This is generally okay as long as it doesn't cause pressure or pinching on sensitive tissue
Measure across the widest part of your areola. If it is roughly 4.5cm (45mm) or less, this is the perfect size for you.
How To Use
-
Before use, wash the cups with warm water and neutral odourless soap. Rinse and dry them with a clean cloth.
-
Express a few drops of breastmilk into cups; this will help them adhere well to each breast.
-
Insert the cups between the breasts and the bra and place them directly over each nipple.
-
When you are ready to breastfeed, gently remove the nipple cups. Wash once a day with water and dry before reusing.
