Care Instructions
Wash all parts thoroughly before first use and after each use. Disassemble the straw top, straw tube, bottle, cap, handle, weight, and connector before cleaning. The straw top and tube are made of silicone and can be washed, dishwasher cleaned, and sterilised by boiling or steam. The PPSU bottle can be washed, dishwasher cleaned, boiled, steam sterilised, and microwave sterilised. The cap, handle, weight, and connector are made of PP and should be washed with detergent before use, but boiling sterilisation is not recommended as high heat may cause deformation.
For boiling sterilisation, sterilise in boiling water for under 1 minute and make sure the bottle and straw top do not touch the inner surface of the pot. Contact with the pot may cause deformation. UV sterilisers may be used, but prolonged use may cause deformation or discolouration. Use a dedicated straw-cleaning brush for the straw, and check all parts regularly for damage before use. Replace the straw top every 2 to 3 months, or sooner if it loses elasticity, tears, or becomes difficult to drink from. For safety and hygiene, it is recommended to replace the bottle every 6 months.
