La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micellar Water Ultra is a no-rinse cleanser that purifies skin and cleanses down to microscopic pollution particles. Dirt-encapsulating micelles in the formula attract dirt, oil, and makeup, making it easy to gently wipe them away. Specifically formulated facial cleanser for oily, blemish-prone skin. Lifts dirt, grime and sebum away from the surface of the skin without disrupting its delicate balance and leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh.

Directions:
Apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe face, eyes, and lips. Repeat until cotton pad looks clean. No need to rinse
Use as a cleanser, makeup remover, or a toner for oily skin
Step 1: Using a cotton pad, press gently on eye area and hold on for 5 seconds
Step 2: Avoid horizontal or circular gestures. Wipe in 1 broad stroke
Step 3: Then start again with lips. With new cotton pads, move from chin upwards to cheek
Step 4: Lastly, finish off with wiping your forehead
