Montigo Bottles Warranty

Montigo products purchased through Pupsik are covered by the standard Montigo warranty.  Registration is not required to activate your warranty. 

*Important: The limited 48-hour warranty is based on the time of delivery. Items must have its original packaging with tags. 

If you encounter an issue with your Montigo product from Pupsik under the 48-hour Warranty, please contact us here and include the following information in your form:

• Order Number
• Purchase Date
• Item Number
• Description of issues

If you encounter an issue with your Montigo product from Pupsik under the 2-year warranty, please contact Montigo for warranty claims and include proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) from Pupsik. Reach out to email: hello@getmontigo.com. 

Warranty claim must include a clear picture or video to illustrate the defect. If no pictures nor videos can be provided, Montigo reserves the right to reject the warranty claim for failure to provide visual evidence if we believe that the warranty claim is deemed to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
