Beaba Babycook Neo comes with a 2+3*years local warranty against manufacturing defects.

*Babycook Neo warranty can be extended by applying the extension procedure on the Beaba & Me App within the following 6 months of buying the product.

Additional Information:

1. Upon purchase of the Beaba Babycook Neo, there are instructions on the box for the customer to follow to extend their warranty. To extend the warranties for Babycook Neo, you can apply for the extension through the Beaba App within six months of your purchase.

2. 5 years warranty is valid only if you register on the app Beaba & me. Otherwise, it will only be 2 years.

3. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required. If this product is used with an electrical converter, this warranty is void.

Steps to register for an additional 3-year warranty for the Babycook (Neo)

After purchasing the Babycook, customers must register for an additional 3 years of warranty within 6 months from the date of purchase. Please keep the boxes until registration is complete.
