Heliocare Ultra-D Oral Capsules is a unique formula oral supplement that provides photoprotection from the inside with vitamin D.Ā Offering extra protection against sun damage using ASPA-FernblockĀ® Technology, vitamin D, and other skin-boosting ingredients. They help reduce Polymorphic Light Eruption (PLE), a red, blotchy skin reaction to the sun, while promoting overall skin health and maintaining vitamin D function.
Dosage: 1 Capsule daily before sun exposure

Why Ultra D?
Vitamin D is essential for healthy bones, and we get most of ours from sunlight. Sunscreen products can reduce the sun's adverse effects, but it also inhibits the body's production of vitamin D. With Ultra D, it contains 5Āµg of Vitamin D to help replenish reduced Vitamin D when you use sunscreen products.
How to use?
Take one capsule in the morning when spending extended periods outdoors in the daylight. Heliocare Oral Supplements aren't a replacement for the use of topical sun protection. Use in combination with the application of your favourite HeliocareĀ® 360Ā° Cream or Gel.
Don't exceed the stated recommended daily consumption. Food supplements shouldn't be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Daylight protection:
Many of us reach for sunscreen when itās sunny, but did you know that UVA, visible light and infrared-A can damage your skin all year round? All these rays are emitted by the sun and are powerful enough to penetrate clouds and glass - so even on the cloudiest days, our skin is still at risk.
Visible light and infrared-A protection:
Visible light and infrared-A have also been shown to cause damage to the skin and lead to premature skin ageing. Heliocare contains a Biosheild system that protects skin against visible light - like our own melanin, but much more powerful - and combats damage specifically caused by infrared-A.
UV protection
Heliocare products contain a combination of mineral and non-mineral filters to absorb and scatter the sunās rays.
