Are products on Pupsik authentic?

Yes. All products sold on Pupsik are 100% authentic. We purchase exclusively from manufacturers or authorised distributors and will never stock replicas or counterfeit goods. Safety is our number one priority, especially for your child. 

Do you have ready stocks for your products?

Yes, we only sell products that are located at our own warehouse, and hence all our products have ready stocks. Excluding dropship items fuffiled by another warehouse. 

How can I test your products before buying? 

To achieve the best prices and widest selection for our customers, Pupsik operates fully online and does not have a physical store location. If the item you have purchased does not fit, you can always return it and purchase a new item of a different size. Click here for more details about our return policy.

How many brands do you carry?

We carry nearly 400 brands, and the range continues to grow. You can browse the full list in alphabetical order on our Brands page.

How can I find out the expiry date for a product?

Where available, expiry dates are published within the product title or listed as a selectable option on the product page, so you can check and choose before buying.

If no expiry date is shown, the product will have a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on its packaging — typically on the back of the bottle or container. It looks like an open jar with a number followed by "M" (e.g. "12M"), indicating how many months the product can be safely used after opening under normal storage conditions.

How can I submit a review for a product I have purchased?

Yes, sharing is caring! We always love hearing your opinions about the products you’ve purchased, as your reviews help other customers make informed decisions. As a thank you, you will earn 50 to 300 points for each approved review, which can be used for discounts on future purchases. (100 points = $1 off your future order)

To submit a review, you may use either of the following methods:

Option 1: From your account

  1. Click on your profile icon

  2. Select the order you want to review (tap “Show order summary” on mobile)

  3. Click Write a review next to the product

Option 2: From the product page

  1. Search for the product you purchased

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the product page

  3. Click Write a review

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?

Yes, you can. Our website allows you to receive an email notification when an out-of-stock product becomes available again. Simply visit the product page of the item you’re interested in and click the Notify Me When Available button.

Enter your email address in the prompt, and you will automatically be notified once the product is restocked. This helps you stay updated so you don’t miss out when popular items become available again.
