It is formulation of alkaline electrolyzed water and sodium sesquicarbonate. The alkaline ions (negative ions) wrap up dirt that cannot be removed by wiping with water and lifting it off. Sodium sesquicarbonate has 10 times the alkaline power of baking soda, so it is extremely tough and effective on oil stains and sebum stains.
