Next Day Courier Delivery:

Pupsik.sg offers next-day courier delivery (between 9am–10pm) for all orders placed before the cut-off time. Delivery is free for orders S$60 and above, while a S$1.99 delivery fee applies to orders below S$60.

We aim to deliver all orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) on the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will typically be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email. On the day of delivery, our appointed courier will also send you an SMS notification with delivery details. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, such as sales events, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your kind understanding.

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, you will receive an automated email with instructions to reschedule a delivery at your convenience.

In the event of multiple failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee of S$5 (small parcels) or S$15 (large items) will apply for resending the order.

Important: For some bulky orders, a S$15 location surcharge may apply to certain areas in Singapore, such as residential addresses in Sentosa. This is due to additional handling and access restrictions in secured zones imposed by most delivery partners.

Same Day Self-Collection:

Free Same-Day self-collection is also available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) at our warehouse located in Bukit Batok.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day collection between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Simply select the "Pick Up" delivery option during checkout.

Important:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with the collection address and details.
Please do not proceed to the warehouse until you have received this email, as your order will not be ready for collection.
Kindly present the email at the point of collection.
This location is strictly a self-collection point only — no exchanges or other requests can be processed during pickup.
