These versatile products can also be used as a cold pack; simply place them in a sealed freezer bag and place them in the freezer for two to three hours. Ideal for reducing temperatures, easing sprains and bruises and reducing swelling.

To Warm:
Microwave the clean and dry product for a maximum of 90 seconds at a maximum of 800 watts.

Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth – DO NOT immerse in water, as this will harm filling material. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. Reheat from room temperature Only. For microwave use only. Surface wash only. Store in cool dry place.

What age are the products suitable for?
Our heatable products are suitable for all ages but must only be used under careful adult supervision.
How long does the product stay warm?
The product should stay warm for 40-45 minutes depending on the range and ambient room temperature.
What if I overhear the product?
All Warmies® products carry heating instructions attached to a label sewn into the product and these instructions should be followed very carefully. If your Warmies® product has been overheated by mistake you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature.
How often can I reheat the product?
All Warmies® products have been designed and manufactured to last for years and can be reheated thousands of times. Always follow the heating guide and allow the product to cool fully between uses.
What does the product contain?
Each Warmies® product contains a carefully measured amount of specially treated flaxseed that has been thoroughly cleaned and dried to specific moisture content. We also add a hint of dried French Lavender flowers to give a relaxing aroma.

What safety tests do the product comply with?
All of our products comply with the European toy safety standard EN71 parts 1/2/3 & 9 and to British Safety Standard BS 8433:2004. Products sold in the USA comply with the US toy safety standard ASTM-f963.
The product feels damp once heated, is this normal?
Yes, this is quite normal due to the natural moisture content of the filling material and will cease after the first few uses. You can place a piece of paper kitchen towel onto the plate of the microwave and heat as normal for the first few used if required.
I don't have a microwave. Can I heat the product in an oven?
We do not recommend heating Warmies® in a conventional oven as internal oven temperatures can vary greatly. It is perfectly safe to warm your Warmies® product on a radiator when not in use. Warmies® have been safety tested for use with microwaves having a maximum power of 1,000 watts.
How do I use the product as a cool pack?
Simply place the entire product within a grip seal freezer bag and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. This will help to ease bruises and sprains and also reduce temperature.
The lavender fragrance has faded. What should I do?
To refresh the aroma simply heat as normal and place a few drops of good quality essential oil of lavender directly on to the surface of the product. This will not harm the fabric.
