Shipping Info

*We strive to deliver all orders (received before 1 pm on Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and public holidays) the next working day. Orders made over the weekends are usually delivered on the following Tuesday. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS from our appointed courier delivery company on the morning of the delivery date. Some orders may take longer to process if received during sale periods, around public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this. 

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.

In the event of multiple delivery failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($5 for small order and $15 for large orders) will be charged to resend the order.

*Note: For some bulky orders, a S$15 surcharge may apply to certain delivery locations in Singapore (e.g. residential areas in Sentosa). Residential areas in Sentosa are a secured zone, therefore most delivery companies require this surcharge.

We currently offer same-day self-collection (Mon-Fri, excluding Public Holidays) at our warehouse located in Bukit Batok. 

If you place your order before 1 pm, you will be able to collect your order on the same day from 3-5 pm. Please select the self-collection option when you check out our website.

There is a $3.99 admin fee for self-collection as this is a special same-day expedited service. If your order exceeds $60, this fee is reduced to 50c.

Important note: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the full details of the pick-up address. You are required to show this email when collecting your order at our warehouse. Please do not make your way to collect your order without receiving this email notification that your order has been packed, as it will not be ready. Do note that this is strictly a self-collection point, and no request for exchanges will be permitted during the collection of orders.

We do not ship outside of Singapore.
