MELALEUCA Essential oil
Originating in Australia, Melaleuca is commonly known as the 'tea tree'. Its highly effective essential oil combined with its pleasant fragrance and completely harmless nature make Melaleuca a highly appealing active ingredient. It cleanses the scalp and reduces the proliferation of Pityrosporum ovale, a fungus responsible for causing dandruff. It also boasts soothing and purifying properties.

SAFFLOWER Extract
Originating in the Fertile Crescent, Safflower is an oriental thistle with red, yellow or white flowers. Oil extracted from its seeds is very rich in essential fatty acids, moisturizing elements crucial to the health of the scalp and to keeping dry hair looking beautiful.

ZINC PYRITHIONE
Zinc pyrithione limits the proliferation of fungus responsible for irritating the scalp.

HOW DO YOU TELL DRY DANDRUFF FROM OILY DANDRUFF?

• The dandruff sticks to your scalp and your scalp feels irritated and itchy: you have oily dandruff.
• The dandruff falls in small flakes onto your clothing and shoulders: you have dry dandruff.

Directions
Apply a dab of shampoo and massage it into your wet scalp with your fingers. Add a little water to work into a lather, then rinse. Repeat, leaving the shampoo on your scalp for 3 minutes. Carefully rinse, preferably with cool water, until clean.

Frequency of use: 1 to 2 times per week. On other days, use an everyday shampoo of your choice.
