Two Types of Refills: Refill Ring and Toss Bag
Refill rings - Long roll of plastic, knot the bottom end before installing into the diaper pail. When it is full, tear off the top, knot it and dispose
Snap, seal and toss bags - Individual pieces of plastic toss bag. Install straight into the diaper pail. When it is full, simply snap, senal and dispose the entire bag. No tying required
