MartiDerm Platinum Photo Age HA+ Ampoules is the MartiDerm ampoule resulting from the synergy between vitamin C, Proteum 89+ and hyaluronic acid. An easy-absorption ampoule, it moisturises and brightens the skin while softening the appearance of wrinkles for a firmer complexion. With 15% Vitamin C-Tech, 3% Proteum 89+, low molecular-weight Hyaluronic Acid, Antiradical Complex and Repair Complex, it prevents and reduces the signs of photoaging such as expression lines, wrinkles, dark spots, and sagging, while protecting the skin from daily aggressions due to its antioxidant power.
Actives
Vitamin C-Tech
It is a synergistic combination of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) and a stabilised derivative (ascorbyl glucoside) with very good skin tolerance. This combination enables a higher-concentration formulation without losing the properties of the vitamin C (antioxidant, brightener, skin tone evener and pro-collagen). Ascorbyl glucoside is transformed into its purest form in contact with the skin.
Like pure vitamin C, vitamin C-Tech acts on 3 main processes:
Collagen synthesis: engages in the formation of collagen and stabilises its structure.
Antioxidant: vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that can neutralise free radicals and oxidising agents such as those found in environmental pollutants or produced after exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
Depigmenting and brightening effect: vitamin C and its derivatives reduce melanin synthesis since they have antioxidant properties that protect the epidermal cells from the effects of free radicals and therefore melanocyte stimulation.
Proteum 89+
Proteum 89+ is the third-generation proteoglycan exclusive to MartiDerm. Thanks to its smaller size and greater penetration power than conventional proteoglycans, it encourages the production of endogenous proteoglycans such as Decorin (the proteoglycan most abundant in the skin, involved in the formation of collagen and the organisation and functioning of the skin’s connective tissue) and Versican (a proteoglycan present in the basal layer of the epidermis and associated with the elastic fibres of the dermis that aid water retention and the organisation of the extracellular matrix).
Proteum 89+ also helps counteract the effects of UV radiation on skin aging.
Thanks to its anti-wrinkle and moisturising effect, it restores the firmness and suppleness the skin loses over time.
How to Use?
- Shake the ampoule gently.
- Place the ampoule on a flat surface and put the Easy Open on top of it, pushing down gently until you hear a click.
- Remove the Easy Open and the top of the ampoule. Put the dispenser on the ampoule as far as the line.
- Pour half of the contents onto your hand and apply. Store the ampoule on the base, placing the cap on the dispenser.
Clinical Studies
*Preclinical study on skin cells treated with PHOTO AGE HA+ at an independent centre. It was determined to have a major antiaging effect. The antioxidant potential against contaminating agents present in pollution was also determined.
**Clinical study on 28 women aged 30 to 50 under dermatological control at an independent centre. The following was objectively determined after 28 days of application twice a day (morning and night): reduction in wrinkles using Primos-CR® technology, increase in moisturisation using a Corneometer® CM and improvement in suppleness using Cutometer® MPA580. The participants also evaluated its efficacy subjectively.
