"The handle allows it to be hooked onto almost anything and keeps baby's pacifiers within easy reach. The elastic bands inside the pouch allow you to secure whatever is inside so that it doesn't fall out even if the zipper is open. The black/white design I got has bright red lining that is eye catching. I sometimes unzip it and hand it to my baby to keep her occupied while changing her. She seems to like opening and closing the pouch to look at the pattern/bright lining and fiddling with the elastic bands inside.
